Residential and Multi-Family
The residential clas consists of single family and duplex units. The flat rate charge for residential class shall be assessed for each meter. The unit charge shall be assessed for a second dwelling unit. Guest houses and/or accessory dwelling units (as defined by the Kitsap County Zoning ordinance) shall be charged as a second dwelling unit.

Non-residential
Non-residential accounts include schools, commercial, industrial, and similar accounts. The monthly sewer rate for Non-Residential accounts is $51.47 for the first 500 cubic feet of water consumed and $4.08 for each 100 cubic feet of water consumed, thereafter. The water consumption will be the average monthly consumption for the winter period of November to February, inclusive.

Golf Courses
The monthly sewer service rate is $118.28 per month.

Out of District Surcharge
Properties outside the District’s corporate boundary that are served by West Sound Utility District, other than by a Satellite Contract Operations agreement, shall be charged a surcharge of 50% of the monthly or bi-monthly water and sewer rate.
Abandoned Services
If ready to serve charges become delinquent for a period of two years, the service will be considered abandoned and all rights and fees will be forfeited to the District.
